QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – Officials with the Village of Quincy say the second phase of the Michigan Department of Transportation’s Liberty Street project will begin this Monday, August 7.
Curb and gutters will be installed during this phase.
Because of this type of work, residents will NOT be able to park in their driveways until further notice but they will be able to park on the near by side streets of Berry, Bond, Bennett and Pleasant.
Residents affected by the construction will need vehicles to be moved out of driveways as this phase of the project may take a while.
Village officials say they appreciate the patience and understanding of residents during this time.
