Rotary Park to be closed during Phase Two of MDOT Coldwater bridge project

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The City of Coldwater has announced that the Michigan Department of Transportation will begin Stage Two of its roadway improvement project on the west side of the city on Monday which will force the closing of Rotary Park for at least a week.

Stage Two continues the bridge work on eastbound U.S. 12, paves eastbound U.S. 12, and starts the driveway, curb and gutter work from Willow Lane to Western Avenue.

While the work is being performed, Rotary Park will be closed.

MDOT estimates the driveway, curb and gutter job should be complete by Wednesday, August 16, 2023.
