Emily Ann Olszewski, 32, of Chippewa Lake, OH, formerly of Coldwater, MI passed away Tuesday at her home.
The funeral service will be held Thursday, August 31, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater with Pastor Mark Case from California Community Church officiating.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 30, 2023, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Interment of ashes will take place at a later date at Knauss Cemetery.
Emily was born February 14, 1991, in Angola, IN, the daughter of Barbara Rider and James Olszewski. She attended Lakeland Elementary and Legg Middle School in Coldwater before moving to Ohio where she graduated in 2009 from Cloverleaf High School in Lodi, OH. Emily continued her studies, earning her certification in cosmetology.
Emily loved the outdoors; leisure time on the lake and boating, hiking, bike riding, skiing and horseback riding were some of her favorites. She enjoyed music, reading, crocheting, art, and a love for animals, especially her cats and dogs.
Emily is survived by her children Samantha Graw and James Taylor; her father Jim and stepmother Shelley Olszewski of Chippewa Lake, OH; her stepbrother DJ Battle of Coldwater, MI; her grandmother Dorothy Olszewski of Kinderhook, MI; her fiancee Keith Taylor and his children, Hannah, Konnor, Kaleb and Jake, of Streetsboro, OH and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother Barbara Rider.
Memorials may be directed to Animal Aid of Branch County.
