COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Schmitz Foam has announced plans to build a new storage facility across from their existing building on Treat Avenue.
City Assessor Samantha Albright told the Coldwater City Council on Monday night Schmitz is seeking a 12 year tax abatement on real estate and personal property and two years for construction.
Schmitz Holdings President and CEO Erguen Ozecan says the new building will allow for better storage and help maximize their production capabilities.
