GOBLES, MI (WTVB) – The Quincy girls cross country team finished second on Saturday at the Gobles Invitational as they edged for the team title by the host school by five points.
Gobles won with 54 points followed by Quincy with 59 points.
The Orioles had four runners finish in the top 15. Kendyl Musielewiez was fifth with a time of 21:33.37. Brookelyn Parker was sixth, Sadie Miller was eighth and Katharina Parker was 15th.
The Quincy boys did not have enough runners for a team score. Chayse Jensen led the Orioles by finishing seventh with a time of 18:36.04. Eddie Miller was 35th, Michael Payne was 38th and Nathan Richer was 39th.
