COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Coldwater recreational cannabis business is among 15 in Michigan that was disciplined by the state’s Cannabis Regulatory Agency during the month of October.
WWMT-TV reports that according to the agency’s October Disciplinary Report, Aim High Meds at 880 East Chicago was fined $7,000 for failure to have 30 days of video surveillance retained.
Also cited for violations were the Kalamazoo-based “RC Labs” and “Exclusive Kalamazoo”.
RC Labs was found to be in non-compliance with filing their annual financial statement while WWMT said Exclusive Kalamazoo sold expired gummies and was fined $3,000.
