QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – The Quincy boys’ varsity basketball team played their home opener Tuesday night as they defeated Camden-Frontier 55-7. Quincy jumped out to a 23-2 lead after the first quarter as they used pressure defense to create offense for themselves.
Coach Scott Rodesiler said, “This was a nice team win, with contributions from everyone on the roster. We played strong defense tonight, shared the ball well, and limited turnovers tonight.”

The Orioles evened their record to 1-1. Quincy travels to Concord next Tuesday, December 12th, to open Big Eight Conference play.
Quincy also won the J.V. game 52-6.
