OVID TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – The Branch County Association of Realtors® (BCAR) hosted their annual Installation of Officers / Christmas Party Fundraiser at Oscar Brown’s Tavern last week.
State Senator Jonathan Lindsey delivered the invocation to begin the event.
Michigan Realtors® Director Amy Taylor presented BCAR’s 2023 Realtor® of the Year to Jami Lind of Hauska Home & Farm and Affiliate of the Year to Southern Michigan Bank & Trust.
Michigan Realtors® District 5 Director Kim Kurtz installed BCAR’s 2024 Board of Directors: President Debbie Lounds-Bowers (Midwestern Realty), President-Elect John Rakocy (Hauska Home & Farm), Past-President Jessica Dirschell (Southern Marsh Realty), Treasurer Amber Modert (Case Realty Group), Secretary Rachel Tell (Case Realty Group), Directors: Anette Booth (Hauska Home & Farm) Carri Foley (Midwestern Realty) and Liza Graham (Southern Marsh Realty) and Affiliate Director Karen Messer (GreenStone Farm Credit Services).
Over 120 people attended and raised over $18,000, which will be presented to the Branch Area Food Pantry, Toys for Tots, Family Promise of Branch County, Beginnings Care for Life Center, and the Branch County Community Foundation.
