BRANCH COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – The Branch District Library says its brand new Bookmobile is fresh off the assembly line.
After being built at Morgan Olsen in Sturgis, the Bookmobile is in Greensboro, North Carolina with Matthews Specialty Vehicles, Incorporated.
According to a post on the library’s Facebook page, the empty space will be prepared for the mobile library both inside and out.

The Bookmobile is expected to hold about 2,000 items when it hits the road sometime in 2024. It will provide a collection of library materials available for check out to under-served communities in Branch County.
Contributions are still being accepted. You can donate online at branchdistrictlibrary.org or pick up a donation envelope at any library location.
