COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Branch County Commissioners recently decided to use $3 million of the county’s ARPA funds to fix up county buildings.
Branch County Administrator Bud Norman told Commissioners during their work session last Thursday there are up to 30 items on the list for improvements in different county buildings.
He said this would be a big project for three people to handle in the County Complex as the work would be in addition to their daily duties.
It was noted that if an engineer and general contractor are hired, all of the items on the fix up list may not be accomplished.
No formal action was taken by Commissioners last Thursday after further discussion.
