COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Vandals continue to do their dirty work in the City of Coldwater.
Coldwater City Manager Keith Baker says in his report for Monday night’s City Council meeting that the restrooms at Heritage Park near the little league fields and disc golf course were vandalized in the past week.
Those restrooms have been closed indefinitely while repairs are made.
Baker adds there have also been reports of people essentially living out of the restrooms.
If anyone has any information on who may have caused the damage at Heritage Park or if you see an act of vandalism, contact Coldwater Police at (517) 278-4525 or call 911.
I think all the bathrooms in the parks need security cameras.
This is just the beginning. Once vandalism starts in a city it is difficult to stop especially as our city seems to grow by the days with new immigrants flooding in.
Where are the cameras that you can view from your phone? Seems like a logical place to have them!!!
