COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Summit Apartments at 421 North Willowbrook Road have begun taking applications for prospective renters.
They plan to have additional units ready over the next several months.

The new apartment community is offering over 300 units on over 20 acres of land. Rents will range from $950 to $1,475 a month.
The Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony at the Summit Apartments on Friday, February 9 from 12:00 noon until 4:00 p.m..
