COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The annual meeting of the Tibbits Opera Foundation & Arts Council, Incorporated has been scheduled for Thursday, January 25 starting at 5:30 p.m..
The annual meeting will be held at the Tibbits Opera House and is open to the public.
There will be a review of the theater’s 2022-2023 fiscal year which ended September 30 during the meeting. Activities and events of the past year will also be highlighted. In addition, members of the board of directors will be elected.
There will also be a sneak peak of Coldwater High School’s presentation of “James and the Giant Peach” which will be performed on the Tibbits stage February 1, 2 and 3.
As a nonprofit organization and according to its bylaws, Tibbits must hold a general meeting of its membership each year.
