Tony Johnson and Armond Morris are the most recent recipients of the Services Excellence Champion Award.

Johnson was in a hallway and heard someone fall in a nearby bathroom, hitting the paper towel dispenser.

Once inside the restroom, they quickly realized a visitor was experiencing a medical emergency.
Morris began CPR. They then got an AED and called for the Code Team for additional assistance.
Meanwhile, Cathy Dunn who was the ROSE Award winner for the fourth quarter of 2023.

Her nominator said, “I was in the cafeteria and a visitor that was here waiting for a patient who was having a surgical procedure came in looking for breakfast. He asked Cathy if there was anything else available than what was on the service line. Cathy said that was all that was prepared, but she would be happy to prepare something for him. Cathy prepared the gentleman an omelet. She also helped him check out since he was unfamiliar with the cashless system.”
