COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Branch County man with a lengthy criminal history will likely be sent back to prison on March 4 after he entered a guilty plea to a felony drug charge on Monday in Branch County Circuit Court.
41-year-old Michael Mosher entered a guilty plea to a charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy).
In exchange for his plea, two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon as well as charges of possession of ammunition by a felon and maintaining a drug house were dismissed by prosecutors.
Mosher was discharged from the Michigan Department of Corrections in March of 2023 after serving over four years for possession of meth and being a felon in possession of a weapon.
