COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – After Branch County Commissioners approved six additional road deputies in the 2024 Budget, the Branch County Sheriff’s Department is looking to fill those and other positions.
The road patrol officers have a starting hourly wage of $23.39.
The Sheriff’s Department is also looking to fill Correction Officer openings. Those hired will have a starting wage of $19.10 an hour.
A part-time Courthouse security officer is also needed. Whoever is hired would work 29 1/2 hours a week and start at $18.52 per hour.
