Funding for first phase of line extension to Sekisui Voltek expansion approved

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater B.P.U. Board of Director approved funding for the first phase of the extension of a line from Butters Avenue to Sekisui Voltek as part of the plant’s expansion on Wednesday night.

Engineering Manager Andrew Cameron said the work will be done in two phases with construction starting in March.

Cameron said the total cost of Phase One would be just under $110,000.

Phase Two costs will be brought forth to the board at a later date.
