COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Branch County Administrator Bud Norman presented an update on the county’s infrastructure improvement plan during Thursday’s Branch County Board of Commissioners work session.
Painting bids that were submitted by Coldwater Painting and Commercial Painting Services were reviewed Thursday. Commissioners are expected to take formal action during their regular meeting on Tuesday.
Norman gave a timeline for the next series of bids.
Renovation work is scheduled for the Branch County Courthouse, the Courthouse Annex, the Health Department and the Department of Health and Human Services.
The Commissioners have allocated $3 million of the county’s ARPA funds to pay for the renovations.
