COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Branch County Sheriff’s Department says the same vehicle was involved in the break ins at Broadheads and Bullets early Monday morning and at the “Top Ten Percent Hunting” building on U.S. 12 across from the Capri Drive-In.
The Sheriff’s Department is investigating after a large window which was busted out at the “Top Ten Percent Hunting” building was reported by a passerby Monday morning at around 8:30 a.m..
Undersheriff Keith Eichler says the building was not open at the time of the call and the owners were contacted to report to the building.
At last report, police and the owners are going through the inventory but some items were taken.
The Michigan State Police at Marshall continue to look for at least two suspects after a gold and tan Kia Soul was used to drive through the front doors of the “Broadhead and Bullets” store at Marshall and Jonesville Roads.

State Police say Troopers were dispatched to the business just after 1:00 a.m. on Monday morning.
The suspect vehicle was said to have front end damage and deployed air bags. State Police say the vehicle was later recovered in Calhoun County and is being processed for evidence.
There were at least two suspects in masks and hooded sweatshirts. They were unable to steal anything because the weapons they were looking for were locked up.
