UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) – The Village of Union City has announced that its curbside recycling program through Granger Waste Services can now accept clear and colored glass bottles and containers.
Village of Union City residents can now place containers in their recycle totes with the yellow lid.
Residents are asked to rinse containers and remove lids. Labels can remain on.
Granger does not accept CRT glass, light bulbs, mirrors, window glass, bowls or plates.
For those on the Village’s trash service, recycling is every other Wednesday with the next pick up being next Wednesday, April 17.
