COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A traffic crash on South Clay by the U.S. Post Office in Coldwater on Friday morning sent a woman to the hospital.
A vehicle crashed into a utility pole just before 9:00 a.m.. A woman who was about 20-years-old was transported to ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital.
Since the Coldwater Board of Public Utilities had to make repairs, power in the area was turned off at around 9:45 a.m..
The CBPU says the power was restored about a half hour later. It was initially estimated the restoration time would be from one to two hours.
Police provided traffic control at affected intersections while the power was out.
