Kenneth W. Bible, 87, of Coldwater passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital.
The funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater with Pastor Mark Case from California Community Church officiating. Interment will follow at West Girard Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 28, 2024, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Ken was born July 16, 1936, in Elmhurst, IL to Carl & Evelyn (Beilfuss) Bible.
He has spent over 30 years with the love of his life Rebecca (Scheidler) Moore. They married October 10, 2009 in Coldwater.
Ken has owned and operated Coldwater Sintered Metal Products since 1973.
He had a brilliant mechanical mind and vast knowledge of how to do so many things. He loved his work and was currently still operating the company. Ken also dabbled in real estate.
He was a member of the Coldwater Elks and loved collecting a variety of old and classic cars. Ken loved fishing, having taken 21 fishing trips to Alaska.
Ken is survived by his wife Becky; his children Leslie Moore of Aubrey, TX, Britt (Amanda) Moore of Quincy; his nephew Drew Bible; his grandchildren Kelly (Michael) Michaelis, Bradey Moore, Brooke Moore, Zane Kaufman and Brady Kaufman; his great grandchildren Annabelle, Dean and Maddie Michaelis.
He was preceded in death by his brother and sister-in-law Larry and Janet Bible.
Memorials may be directed to the Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
Ken was a good boss and a great neighbor. He and Becky were always there when I needed help. He will be greatly missed.
