Bonnie L. Hartnagel, 84, of Coldwater passed away Thursday, May 23, 2024, at Drew’s Place in Coldwater.
The funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Calvary Baptist Church in Quincy. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Coldwater.
Visitation will be held, prior to the service Wednesday beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the church.
Arrangements are being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home.
Bonnie was born September 12, 1939 in Farmers, KY to Frank & Stella (Archer) Ingram. She married Marvin P. Hartnagel January 22, 1955 in Portland, IN. He preceded her in death on October 12, 2020.
Mrs. Hartnagel drove bus for the Coldwater Community School System for 31 years, retiring in 1996. She continued to sub for other drivers, after her retirement, for several years.
Bonnie was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Quincy. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, traveling and camping but spending time with her family was what she treasured most.
Bonnie is survived by her children Nancy (Dave) Haylett of Coldwater, Mark Hartnagel of Inverness, FL, Thomas (Melissa) Hartnagel of Canton, NC; her grandchildren Matthew (Val) Haylett, Joshua (Erin) Winters, Courtney Hartnagel, Chris Hartnagel, Chase (Vanessa) Haylett, Halie (Jesse) Renbarger, James (Samantha) Watkins; her great grandchildren Brody, Garrett & Carson Haylett, Marek & Mylin Haylett, Oliver & Milo Renbarger, Kimberlee, Zeppelin & Sterling Watkins, Chloe Winters, Hunter Hartnagel and Cody Hartnagel.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law Deb Hartnagel and nine brothers and sisters.
Memorials may be directed to the Calvary Baptist Church.
