BUSINESS BEAT: COA celebrating 50th anniversary with Wednesday open house

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Branch County Commission on Aging will be celebrating its 50th anniversary with an open house on Wednesday, July 24.

It will be held at the Burnside Center at 65 Grahl Drive between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m..

Nutrition Director Mike Searing says congregate dinners that will feature the food which is served to seniors will be available from 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m..

Commission on Aging Executive Director Amy Duff is hoping Branch County voters will renew their millage on August 6.

Duff says the millage renewal is critical to meeting the need of Branch County seniors.
