COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The owners of the Willowbrook Village Shopping Center on North Willowbrook Road have announced that new businesses including a Planet Fitness will be opening there soon.
The Planet Fitness business will take up over 14,000 square feet.
Brookwood Capital Advisors, which is based in Nashville, recently purchased the shopping center.
Besides Planet Fitness, plans call for a new International Grocery and Meat Market as well as an Enchanted Delights bakery and a Hidden Bliss yoga studio.
The shopping center will continue to be anchored by Harbor Freight.
Exact opening dates have not been announced yet. Spokesman Taylor Woodrum says the businesses are set to open soon and will bring job opportunities, diverse products, and enhanced amenities to the local community.
