COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – With only one day of rain and temperatures most days only in the 70’s, it was near perfect weather for the 94th Branch County Fair, which wrapped up Saturday night at the fairgrounds in Coldwater.
Organizers says the good weather helped drive attendance for the fair, with Wednesday being one of the busiest days in recent memory.
While the fairgrounds was full of animals, exhibits, and rides, the Dearth Center did double duty, hosting the county’s early voting site for the August 6 primary through last Sunday, then becoming the location for a number of 4-H competitions and even the Senior Day program Thursday.
