COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The fifth edition of Hoptoberfest is set for Friday evening, September 27.
The Coldwater City Council gave formal approval on Monday night to closing off South Monroe Street between U.S. 12 and West Pearl from 2:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. on that day for the German heritage event that features food trucks, Michigan craft beer and German music.
Courtney Dirschell from Second Story Marketing said the festival was moved back to a Friday night to accommodate the band that will be performing.
Hoptoberfest has a $5 cover charge and it is for adults 21 and over. It will be held on September 27 between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m..
