KALAMAZOO, MI (WTVB) – Both of the Bronson teams finished second on Wednesday at the Kalamazoo Loy Norrix Invitational.
Loy Norrix won the boys meet with 16 points followed by Bronson with 60 and Lake Odessa Lakewood with 64.
Tyler Wilber led Bronson in the boys race as he was tenth with a time of 19:56.84. Adam Franks (20:19.85) was 12th, Brayton Cosby (21:23.21) was 18th while Carter Sikorski (21:31.01) was 19th.
Loy Norrix edged Bronson by five points, 28-33, to win the girls meet.
Bronson’s Ava Hathaway (20:19) and Ashlynn Harris (21:06.78) were the top two finishers. Lydia Wells (24:59.24) was eighth, Alonna Goodsell (25:39.62) was ninth, and Abbi Ferry (27:36.4) was 14th.
