COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Coldwater woman was ordered to serve between 51 months and 20 years in the Michigan Department of Corrections on Monday in Branch County Circuit Court after she entered a guilty plea on July 29 to delivery or manufacturing methamphetamine.
43-year-old Beth Ann Sebring was arrested by the Michigan State Police in early April.
In exchange for her guilty plea, prosecutors dropped two charges for being possession of a controlled substance as well as a habitual offender sentencing enhancer.
The sentence which was handed down was agreed to by both the defense and prosecution.
Sebring was convicted in Branch County of being in possession of a controlled substance in 2017.
