PARCHMENT, MI (WTVB) – The Parchment Cross County Classic on Wednesday included teams from Coldwater and Bronson.
Coldwater was second in the boys race while Bronson finished third.
Coldwater had three medal winners with Luke Aerts finishing fourth with a time of 18:13, Drew Vanderpuyl sixth with a time of 18:15 and Sebastian Hernandez 15th with a time of 19:40. Rounding out the scoring for Coldwater was Umari Umari was 24th in 20:34 and Benny Travelbee 33rd with a time of 21:18.

Adam Franks earned a medal for Bronson as he was 14th in 19:17.92. Tyler Wilber was 16th in a time of 19:56.08. Carter Sikorski (20:10.50) was 20th. Brayton Cosby (20:23.40) was 22nd. Jovani Ramos (20:39.42) was 26th.
Bronson was second in the girls race. Marshall won with 47 points followed by the Vikings with 66 points. Coldwater finished fifth.
Bronson’s Ava Hathaway (19:57.73) and Ashlynn Harris (20:14.39) were the top two finishers.

Alonna Goodsell (23:21.05) was 17th, Lydia Wells (24:05.68) was 20th and Abbi Ferry (25:30.65) was 32nd.
Coldwater had two medalists. Gwen Eby was seventh with a time of 21:53 and Annika Johnson finishing 14th with a PR of 22:50.
Also scoring for the Cardinals were Miyah Moore 39th with a time of 26:10, Olivia Golematis 39th with a time of 26:39 and Elizabeth Torres-Ojeda 45th with a season best time of 27:50.
