WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The U.S. Federal Trade Commission said on Wednesday that Ryan Cohen, managing partner of RC Ventures LLC and Gamestop CEO, would pay a nearly $1 million penalty to settle an antitrust law violation related to his acquisition of Wells Fargo & Co shares.
