ANGOLA, IN (WTVB) – Several members of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office have been honored for their efforts in saving the life of a Community Corrections officer.
They responded above and beyond the call of duty to a medical event involving Officer Todd Pfafman in June.
Honored by Northeast Indiana Community Corrections Director Brett Hayes were First Sergeant Brad Kline, Sergeant Jordon Trippe, Civil Process Deputy Doug Grandin, and Communications Deputy Maleah Sears.
Also honored with Life Saving Awards were Steuben County EMS employees Shane Compton, Jayson McConnell, Andy Grote, Elizabeth Lewis, and Jack Shannon.
