COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater City Manager Keith Baker says in his report for Monday’s Coldwater City Council meeting that there was a clerical error in the mailing of a number of the absentee ballots for the upcoming election that resulted in the wrong ballot being placed in the wrong return envelope.
He says all of the potentially affected voters have been contacted via mail and email.
Applications for absentee ballots for the November 5 election are still available through the City Clerk’s office.
