UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) – The Village of Union City will begin its annual leaf pick up next week.
Residents are asked to rake leaves that will be picked up to the edge of the road and don’t place them in the roadway or on the asphalt.
Sticks or branches will not be taken.
Be patient, the village only has one truck and 18 miles of roadway to cover.
Other emergencies, weather or equipment issues can change the schedule.
Leaf pickup usually ends in November, the village will announce a final date at a later time.
