COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Burnside Senior Center in Coldwater will hold their annual Veterans Day program on Wednesday morning at 10:00 a.m..
The special event will honor those who have served in the military. All senior veterans in Branch County are encouraged to attend along with those who wish to honor them.
Host Bob Betts will be assisted by the American Legion Color Guard, the local chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and Joe Renshaw.
Guest speaker Claire Kitchin Dahl will have stories about Rosie the Riveter and the historic Willow Run B-24 bomber plant.
The Burnside Center’s Wall of Heroes will return, displaying pictures of Branch County service members from all eras. If your picture is not on the wall, please bring one so it can be posted.
