COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Downtown Development Authority Board of Directors approved a resolution on Wednesday which establishes a non-endowed fund with the Branch County Community Foundation.
Coldwater Main Street Director Audrey Tappenden says this was identified as a strategic priority as part of their fund development.
She said it was a standard agreement.
Part of the agreement calls for the Fund to be used for support of the charitable purposes of the Coldwater Main Street.
The Foundation shall have final authority and discretion as to the investment and reinvestment of the Fund.
