QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – A long time holiday event in Quincy will have something new this year.
Quincy Lights is set for next Friday night, December 6, and organizer Marilyn Ostrander says a parade will be held for the first time starting at 5:30 p.m..
She says the whole Quincy community pitches in for this annual event in the downtown area.
A Christmas blessing by Mark Case and Christmas music from Johnny Lopez will take place at 6:00 p.m. which is the same time Santa Claus arrives.
Kids can visit Santa and Mrs. Claus in the gazebo at Market 1858 between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m..
There will be plenty of holiday activities throughout the downtown area. The complete list can be found on the Village of Quincy’s Facebook page.
