BRANCH COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – After dropping their last two games, the Bronson Vikings took out their frustrations on the Reading Rangers on Tuesday night.
The Vikings dominated the Rangers in a 68-37 victory. They raced out to leads of 20-10 after the first quarter and 36-14 at the half.
Kam Brackett went 9 for 17 on his way to 21 points and four steals. Owen Losinski added 14 points. Boston Bucklin scored eight points. He also had seven assists and seven rebounds. Bronson is now 2-2 overall and 1-1 in the Big 8.
Elsewhere in the Big 8, the Quincy Orioles lost at home to Concord 42-30. Concord jumped out to a 17-4 after the first quarter and the Orioles could not recover. Quincy is now 1-3 overall and 0-2 in the Big 8 Conference.
The Chargers dropped their first game of the season as they lost at Springport 58-53. Union City now 3-1 overall and 1-1 in the Big 8 Conference.
