COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The highly anticipated opening of the new Planet Fitness in the Willowbrook Village Shopping Center took place on Tuesday.
The Planet Fitness business takes up over 14,000 square feet of the shopping center which has been owned by Brookwood Capital Advisors of Nashville, Tennessee since October of 2023.
They have been aggressively filling empty spaces over the last year. Brookwood announced in late July that Planet Fitness and other businesses would be opening in the shopping center.
Besides Planet Fitness, new businesses in the Willowbrook Plaza include Nice Furniture Group, Coldwater Fresh Market and Enchanted Delights.
The shopping center continues to be anchored by Harbor Freight.
