NORTH WEBSTER, IN (WTVB) – Branch County is included in a Winter Weather Advisory that has been issued by the National Weather Service from 10:00 a.m. Friday until 1:00 a.m. on Saturday.
Another two to four inches of new snow is expected to blanket the area.
The advisory covers a large area of northern Indiana, southwest Michigan, and
northwest Ohio.
Drivers can plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.
You’re being urged to slow down and use caution while traveling.
Forecasters are calling for another round of snow and freezing drizzle on Sunday.
Temperatures have been below freezing since New Year’s Day and it’s expected to get even colder next week with wind chills dropping to below zero.
