COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater High School girls gymnastics team will be holding their 15th annual cancer fundraising event “Stick it for a Cure” on Saturday.
The meet raises awareness for all types of cancer while raising money to donate to the local cancer center. Through all of the business sponsors, a silent auction, bake sale, and shirt sales, the gymnasts were able to raise about $9,000 to donate last year.
Team members have once again collected silent auction donations to support local cancer initiatives. The meet begins at 9:00 a.m. with the auction running from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m..
