BRANCH COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – The train keeps rolling for the Bronson Vikings girls basketball team.
The Vikings won their 11th straight game on Monday night as they went on the road and defeated the Springport Spartans 58-46.
The game was a make up from a January 10 postponement. Game details were not provided.
With the victory, the Vikings are tied with Concord for first place in the Big 8 girls basketball standings with identical 12-1 conference records.
The final conference games will take place on Friday as Concord will be at Union City and Bronson plays at Vermontville Maple Valley.
Also in girls basketball on Monday night, Quincy won a non-conference game as they defeated Bellevue 52-23 in the Coolest Gym in Michigan. The Orioles have won five of their last six games and are now 11-7.
