COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Downtown Development Authority approved a committee recommendation on Wednesday to submit applications from Glo Studio and the Children’s Museum of Branch County to the Michigan Economic Development Corporation in hopes they can receive Match on Main funding.
Coldwater Economic Development Coordinator Erin Veysey says Glo Studio has requested over $20,000 in funding.
Meanwhile, the Children’s Museum is seeking $25,000 to enhance their climbing wall.
Three applications were submitted to the committee for this round of funding.
The two highest scoring applications were selected and approved for submission
to the M.E.D.C. where they are expected to make their decisions by this summer.
