UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) – Lighthouse Funeral & Cremation Services has announced the hiring of Lexis Fleming as their new Funeral Director Apprentice.
She is the daughter of Josh and Danelle Fleming and graduated from Homer High School in 2023.
Fleming currently resides in Tekonsha and is a sophomore at Jackson College, where she also plays softball and will be graduating this summer.
In the following fall, she will start mortuary school through Worsham College of Mortuary Science in Wheeling, Illinois.
Lexis has grown up in the funeral business her whole life. Her father Josh is the current Lighthouse Funeral Director.
The Lighthouse is honored to help train and equip a local graduate and family member to reach a successful career in funeral service.
