COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – It’s sure sign that spring has arrived in Coldwater. Short’s Root Beer Stand at 378 West Chicago is now open for the season.
Short’s Root Beer Stand opened in March of 2013 and the drive in restaurant has been operating at that location for 70 years.
In an item that has generated a lot of social media traffic, a QR Code is available on the boards. Up until 2023, the boards listed all of the menu items but over time there were just way too many items on the menu.
Short’s is reminding their customers you don’t have to use the QR Codes.
If you prefer the old fashioned way or are technology challenged, a menu will be brought to your vehicle.
