COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Construction contractor bids for this year’s renovation of three courtrooms at the Branch County Courthouse as well as countertop replacements at the Branch County Health Department will start to be accepted by the county next week.
According to a posting on the county’s web site, both projects will be under one construction contractor bid.
Construction documents will be available on line starting on Monday.
There will be a mandatory walk through for bidding contractors on March 31 at both the District Court and the Health Department.
Bids are due April 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m..
