Marilyn J. Lodge, 86, of Coldwater, passed away on Monday, April 21, 2025, at Insight Hospital and Medical Center Coldwater,
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Marilyn was born November 12, 1938, in Kalamazoo, MI to Fred and Ruby (Brant) Kelly. She married John J. Lodge, Sr., on May 18, 1957, in Allegan, MI.
Marilyn was a member of the Jaycees Club in Coldwater and the Garden Club in Union City. She was very passionate about gardening and music; she loved to play the piano and the guitar; she even sang on the radio in Kalamazoo.
Marilyn loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, John, Marilyn is survived by her children Tonya (Bruce) Gleeson of Coldwater; John (Roberta) Lodge, Jr. of Mulberry, FL; her grandchildren Aaron (Michelle) Gleeson; Chad (Jess) Gleeson; her great grandchildren Lilly Gleeson; Khloe Gleeson; Jax Gleeson; Atreyu Gleeson; her in laws Tom (Alma) Lodge; Joan Havenga; Patricia Gillette; her brother Don (Bonnie) Quakenbush; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents and her sister Patricia Orlando.
