BATTLE CREEK, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater lost both halves of an Interstate 8 dual track meet at Harper Creek. The Beavers took the boys meet 108.5-51.5 and the girls meet 90.5-72.5.
Dayne Knapp was a double winner for the Cardinal boys, placing first in the 200m and long jump. Other winners include Luke Aerts in the 3200m, Jackson Reilly in the shot put, and Benjamin Travelbee in the pole vault.
For the Lady Cards, Miyah Moore won the 100m and 200m, and Ella Grabowski was first in the 400m and long jump; they joined Ella Thompson and Harper Anglin on the winning 4x200m relay team. Marie Powers was first in the shot put, and Ava Longstreet won the pole vault.
