STEUBEN COUNTY, IN (WTVB)- Over this past weekend the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office, along with Indiana State Police, broke up a large underage drinking party.
The party was taking place early Saturday morning on Creek Bank Road, just west of Angola. Police originally responded to the area to investigate neighbors complaints of a large gathering.
On arrival deputies discovered numerous young attendees consuming alcohol. Police executed a search warrant, that led to the arrest of more than 20 underage drinkers on misdemeanor charges of minor consumption. Police say all were transported to the Steuben County Jail in an orderly manor and no one attempted to flee.
