FORT WAYNE, IN (WTVB)- If you have travel plans to fly out of Fort Wayne for the next couple of days you’ll want to arrive a bit earlier then you may have planned.
Problems with TSA equipment used to screen passengers has prompted Fort Wayne International Airport officials to urge passengers to arrive extra early for departing flights.
Airport officials says TSA lines have been long during peak travel times and screening delays are expected to continue into Wednesday or until the equipment is repaired.
People flying on Allegiant should arrive at least two hours before departure and those flying all other airlines should arrive 90 minutes ahead of time. The airport asking passengers to be patient.
